The practice prompted me to leave a review, so here it is: Half hour after arriving promptly for my appointment time, still no doctor, nobody had the courtesy to let me know the length of time I'd be waiting, so I left. Why do we put up with this? Patients waiting docilely = high throughput = more profitability, at the expense of our valuable time. Mostly cosmetic procedures taking place, so the likelihood of a medical emergency causing the delay vanishingly low. There's your review.
De. Began was very thorough and answered all my questions. I could find an appointment for the same day so that's great. Nurses can be a little in a hurry and have less patience but it's a common trait in many other clinics too.
This was my first visit and was happy with the way i was treated. Front desk staff was very friendly, medical staff is knowledgeable. I feel as if we are heading in the right direction to finally figuring out what is wrong with me. Thank you very much.
I was running late and called the office. Was given courtesy and my appointment was kept. All.staff are caring and professional. My sincerest thanks and respect for Dina Began's expertise. Sje always goes above and beyond and has offered the best care I could have hoped for. Hats off to the entire team.
Loved it! Was a few minutes late beyond the grace period and they accommodated and saw me right away! All staff was super pleasant & informative. Super happy to have found a derm office I love at a convenient location!
Came in for a sudden development of eczema and discovered I had rosacea too. I got both prescriptions within the next 24 hours and staff was very helpful finding what worked with my insurance and pharmacies. Was told I needed to have allergy testing done and it was all done within a couple of weeks. Very fast and efficient and staff is very friendly and thoroughly answered all my questions. Will definitely be coming back for all my skin needs!
For the most part it was a good experience. One particular front desk staff on 10/7/22 needs more training. She was very condescending in her tone and provided inaccurate information. How is a two month follow up appointment from 10/7 stretch to 1/7/23? Tried to point it out and she blamed the “system”. How about human calculation? Inquired how 2 months from October became January and her attitude and tone were very condescending. Unacceptable.
After years of struggling with my skin and painful acne, Dr. Began and her team at The Dermatology Specialists have helped heal my skin. I am so grateful and highly recommend them!
Very friendly and efficient! Easy to make appointments, and I’ve found treatment that has gotten my skin under control.
Dr. Began is fantastic and the front staff are always nice and accommodating. The doc is a bit more clinical and direct not to be mistaken for being cold, but on the flip side, that means she really takes the time to figure out the best approach to treat your conditions. If that’s the vibe you look for in a doctor, then book your appointment already!
