BoConcept Madison Avenue

Walked in to preview a piece of furniture I was interested in. The staff was extremely helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Nobody was hovering like a vulture to pressure the clientele into buying. Overall a cool and chill atmosphere...like their designs.

I've always loved their Mezzo line but their quality has decreased in recent years. For US, their Mezzo sofa is manufactured in China, and the cushions are NOT sized correctly such that they leave gaps on the back of the sofa. They said as much and also that their European manufacturer doesn't have this problem.

Good customer service! Decent furniture design!
