Place and order never received the item and after more than 20 attempts to contact costumer service I have not receive a response. This is such a scam!!!!!

My Christmas gift get delayed for half a month, then the delivery company contact me saying the address Bodum put on the parcel is incomplete. Trying to contact them but no response for a week. Terrible experience, doubt they don't have customer service at all

Bought a product is nice but I got 1 cracked when I received I tried to contact customer service but there is nobody response not recommend buy stuff from them

They put prices at 39.95$ so that you can't have free shipping in Canada, wich starts at 40$ before taxes. This adds around 10$ of shipping. Even after contacting customer services, they won't change a thing. They can keep their products for themselves in their warehouses.

Nice products, but no way to track my order ans no customer service phone line. No one answers their corporate number.

Dont buy anything here.They dont respond any phone number list.also a automatic machine transfer you tu try to sell you car warranty insurance..Merchandise cone to your home defect it and its no way to return..

Garbage customer service, which pretty much doesn't exist Wouldn't recommend buying from them
