Great atmosphere, really put a jump start on my diet and exercise regime, and helped to get my sugar under control as well. Would highly recommend if you want a smaller, more intimate gym experience

Class sizes are small which allows for extra attention that might be needed. The training sessions are intense and a lot of fun. Karrie does a great job motivating and explaining the exercises.

Awesome workouts to be had here! I've lost a couple dozen pounds since joining back in the summer.
