I just loved it building my upper and lower body strength the instructor was very helpful made sure she gave one on one time to each of us from the time I walked in the building I was Welcome smiling faces making us laugh I just knew I was about to a awesome time and I did THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH
The instructor was nice and very fun to dance with. The building was big and decorated nice. Will recommend it, you will sweat and enjoy yourself.
Oh my, I luv my results, the staff is wonderful I've been going there for 6 months now and the work out is the best I've try yet. This is a must Guys.
Just went with a few friend for a Pole Party. It was everything I hoped it would be and more. Great workout too! My arms are sore XD
