The facilities were clean and the staff were very helpful. The machines are modern and well-kept. And there's a wide variety of cable machines and free weights. I was very impressed with the Facility.

I just joined and I really like the feel of the gym and the staff are excellent. I am not very comfortable in a gym setting normally. Very friendly and helpful. I look forward to spending a lot of time here and becoming a healthier me.
