If you haven't experienced transformative massage and energy bodywork, it's time!

Betty Mantz is an extraordinary massage therapist and energy healer developing her craft since Jan 1, 2000. Betty integrates subtle energy and soft tissue therapies with structural bodywork to achieve a holistic treatment that addresses mind, body, spirit and emotions.

The Body Therapy By Betty space is a very special spacious studio that features an antique slate floor, a natural skylight, a dedicated Movement Therapy area with mirrors and a cozy treatment room featuring an extra comfy table layered with healing magnetics and layers of thermopedic padding and the softest cotton linens. This is a table to which you can surrender all your cares and let go of tension.

Betty's studio is inside Sunshine Studio, owned and operated by the totally awesome and esteeemed Dr. Kelli Austin, D.C. It is a palpably special energy that is enjoyed and shared by all who enter.

Betty completed her formal massage therapy training at Massage Therapy Training institute and studied under the mentorship of bodywork pioneer, Pam Samuelson. Licensed by the State of Missouri and Nationally Certified, Betty has also completed extensive continuing education, especially in the areas of John Barnes Myofascial Release and mind-body connection modalities such as Somato-Respirational Integration, Christine Page's BodyTalk, and Chakra Balancing thru Mind-Body Feedback and informative body narratives.

Betty is also devoted to the concept of Self-Healing. As such, she is an advocate of Movement Therapy for ongoing wellness. She has developed a self healing protocol using the Foam Roller which is taught one-on-one and also at noon on Thursdays in the Sunshine Yoga studio. This protocol is based on Pilates core concepts combined with self directed Mindful Movement for the ultimate in self knowledge and intuitive self healing.

Betty is also trained in and has been utilizing the application of Kinesiotape®, a physical therapy tape worn on the skin for 7-14 days, to assist her clients in pain relief and injury recovery

Needless to say, this is not your Swedish Massage at the Spa. Come learn to heal Your Self. Participation and ongoing self discovery required.
