Great gym to get work done and spar with a good environment.   Owner is always open to feedback and constructive criticism.  It's a relatively new gym, so it's always developing, but it has great potential to be a top tier MMA gym.

Very nice boxing and crose fit gym. Less monthly fees and friendly staff. Nice self motivated working sessions and guided MMA sessions.
