The atmosphere just whispers ahhh, as you walk through the door. I've visited many times whether for a massage or to shop and I get the same phenomenal service everytime. The prices are reasonable and there are many options for massages to customize what you need.

I scheduled an appt online 3 weeks ago for a 90 min massage, it was my Christmas gift from my husband. I work crazy days, hours and only have wednesdays off, I use my Wednesdays off for my 4 children's appointments etc. This is the only day in the month of Jan that I have a full day off and a babysitter and have the time to get my massage. The cancellation policy clearly stats I must call within 24 hrs to cancel, so how is it ok for them to call me at 11 am the day of my appt when it's at 4pm and cancel it. They said the masseuse isn't feeling well and hadn't been since Monday, don't you think I should of been given a call on Monday with a heads up of a possible cancelation?!?! As I said I have 4 kids and got a babysitter for this. So now I have to pay a babysitter and I have to wait who knows how many days until I get my full refund back! I have to pay when I schedule the appt, i expect my refund the day the cancel on me with only a 4 hr notice... I will be looking for another shop to go to for now on!!

Called to ask for a massage availability time. Was given a time, then asked if oil is used and Liz said "no". I then asked if I could pay attentional for oil and the call disconnected. Called back and got Liz again and she said she disconnected on purpose and hung up again. Never felt more disrecpted in my life for just asking a question. Update: Had my wife call and apparently the receptionist heard I asked how much more is it for a happy ending. The massage was for my wife, why would I waste my time and their's asking something like that. At this point without the call being recorded it's just he said / she said she said. But I still leave the one-star review for bad customer service. The representative should have clarified what she thought she heard before assuming and hanging up without any explanation to me.
