My families experience was amazing from start to finish. The staff is friendly, and the office is top notch. The drs were very informative and made my children very comfortable throughout the process. The office was very good with keeping to appointment times. Just got my braces off today after a year and a half! What a wonderful experience at Transcend Orthodontics and I am so happy with the results! I initially got my braces put on by Dr. Bogdan and then found out he was retiring. I was a little nervous at first but the transition went smooth. The team remained the same and they are ALL amazing! Everyone is just so nice and personable. I only saw Dr. Anna and she was the absolute BEST! She has such a great personality and always answered my questions and any concerns. I highly recommend Transcend!!
I have been a patient at Transcend Orthodontics for the past three years. Appointment sessions are always on time. From the time you walk in, you are greeted happily by the front office staff. Once you are brought to an open office, the friendly back office staff & technicians are waiting to assist. The doctors are phenomenal, have great interpersonal skills, and explain your treatment plan in full, all while making sure you are comfortable. Every question is answered. The doctors & support staff are all friendly & knowledgeable in their trade. I’m very happy with my treatment plan, progress & results. My smile is bright & beautiful, all thanks to Transcend Orthodontics.
I have nothing but praises to give regarding my results and overall experience during my 14-month journey. The whole staff was nothing but attentive, caring and very professional throughout. Christie took care of my frequently and I want to specially thank her for always making me feel at ease when I was nervous. I am grateful for Dr. Frank Bogdan for starting things off and Dr. Sandman for being so detailed and making me feel very comfortable and confident in the transition. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The staff is so sweet, so pleasant, and so patient. From the moment you walk in you can feel the beautiful energy. This office is immaculate. The girls in the back are such an awesome well oiled team. They all work together and treat one another with kindness. I would recommend them over and over! Shout of to my favorite girl Christie! She is such a fun, energetic, vibrant worker who truly loves her job. She brings comfort and makes me laugh. Her personality is just beautiful. Dr Sandman is the man! On point, focused, pleasant, respectful and fun. Transcend Orthodontics is one beautiful vibrant rare team. Amazing staff!
If you are considering orthodontic care, especially as an adult this is where you need to come. I NEVER leave reviews but this office is so deserving of one. I loved every moment of my experience from my initial consultation to my braces removal. The entire staff is extremely pleasant, very organized, and scheduling was pretty flexible. The front office staff including Jessie are the kindest people I probably have ever met in my life. Don't get me started on Dr. Anna Bonaiuto, she is literally a Godsend! Super knowledgeable and very personable. Addy is the assistant I usually saw for my visits and I have never felt so comfortable as a patient than I did under her care. I can't begin to thank the office enough for giving me the smile of my dreams in just a short year!
This is the 2nd time I have braces and by far the best experience I've ever had. The staff is super professional, always willing to work with me due to my work schedule, easy to reschedule when needed wether in needed a soon as possible appointment or my regular appointments. Professional staff that is able to meet my orthodontic needs. I love the doctors here and the dental technicians that assist them. Feel like I'm with family when I'm here. I'm looking forward to referring friends and family here in the near future. If your looking to straightened your teeth and have a beautiful smile for the rest of your life, Transcend Orthodontics is the place to go.
This is the best office to get the perfect smile. The doctors and staff are like no other, they truly are the best. Exceptional service, professional, polite, friendly and entire staff has a great sense of humor. Second go round with braces due to throwing my retainers in trash during Covid. Here we are and I enjoy my visits. I have always been able to rely on Addy for comic reliefthanks for the best 5 mins a girl could ask for. Jeanette is the most compassionate person the office is blessed to have such a wonderful soul on their staff. Yesenia couldn't leave with out giving you a shout out- she is so pleasant but don't miss your appointment. Thanks Transcend You Rock literally.
I had a great experience getting braces at Transcend Orthodontics. Dr. Sandman listened to what I wanted to accomplish with my smile and each visit the staff was friendly and so helpful with taking care of my teeth. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get braces for their children or themselves at any age.
