Do not use this attorney. Noel Law Office across the street will act as an attorney and not nickel and dime your entire retainer. Bolinger took a $1500 retainer for my divorce case. Not once did he have to go to court and I also communicated enough with my ex to come up with an agreement on our own. As the agreement was signed and everything was about to be finalized Bolinger withdrew from my case because he didn't like my tone in one email after his office excessively asked me if the agreement was sufficient. I came up with the agreement and told them 3 times to send it to my exes attorney. Of course I was fed up after being asked 3 times by email and then being called after that to verify the agreement. My entire retainer was used for Bolinger to file his appearance, withdraw his appearance and type up an agreement. If you want an attorney to represent you I would not choose this firm.If you want to get robbed of a $1500 retainer by all means chose this guy.

DJ Bolinger is the best lawyer I have ever met. He does a great job. His staff are very nice as well.
