Clean outside of buses, and prompt arrivals to destination. Safe, sufficient drivers to NYC. Walk up tickets in my experience are $15 cash only.NYC-11th ave @36th st. Clean seats and isles, but our bus did however need to pull over on the NJTurnPike because of engine issues.

Boltbus is surprisingly cheap clean and convenient to travel from philly to NYC, the only room for improvement is the line for boarding was chaotic and this is a first come first serve seating not true that the seats are reserved so if you are travelling together you may end up not sitting together, come to the line 30 mins early, so many young professionals on the bus, no homeless stinky people like greyhound, there is free wifi movies and power outlets , don't sit on exit seats as the seats are wiggly and loose and no power outlets on these seats, self service luggage compartment you place it and haul it yourself under the bus. Recommended for day trips to nyc or overnight tourists.

I had 2 round trip tickets from Philly to ny and my wife got sick in the travel date I had to stay and take care of my little kids, I asked them to change the date for me to next week they said no I talked to the customer service for a week by emails and phone and they said nothing can do, they asked for documents as prove but my wife never went to hospital she took her medicine and she rest at home but she can’t take care of little kids, I can’t leave her sick and go to ny, but they said nothing can do they just took my $73, that’s fine I will go to ny tomorrow and definitely I’m not gonna go with them, greyhound cheaper, bolt, train and much more...
