I got my first wax free and loved the service. The place is nice and the girl was wonderful. They offer good deals and I got a package You do have to schedule on their site for the cancellation policy stuff but I honestly prefer online scheduling. I will definitely come back here and possibly get a package.
I’ve been a member for three years. I almost quit when they started only doing online and text booking but I stuck around because you truly can’t beat their prices and I know staffing is hard for everyone currently. I am a loyal member but I’d love to see the monthly memberships come back. That was the best ever!
If you’re thinking of trying out waxing THIS is your place! I been here about 4 times and each time was great! Just schedule yourself online or text them if you have a package and they can book for you.
I will send literally everyone in my sorority! I can’t tell you how much I loved my waxer! She’s so funny and puts you at ease. I been waxed at European before but they are so boring. This place is fun and just like European the first wax is free so why not try them!
I can’t believe I’m writing this but I ended up getting a Brazilian wax. It’s hard to let your hair grow long enough. First time my hair was too short and the girl was nice and contacted the owner who let me use the deal another day. I’ll be coming back. Thanks!
Husband got me a gift card i know what a joker!! well over a year ago and I just got around to going! I love waxing because i get ingrowns shaving. I ended up buying a package and I got the stuff to prevent the ingrowns. Try them it’s definitely worth it.
A staple in Old Metairie for over a decade. I used to see the owner back in the day. She always hires and trains the best people. I love places like H20 but honestly who wants to get waxed in some quite spa lol I know I let out the occasional yip and giggles!
I just had the worst interaction with a male who claims he owns the business, at this location. I'm still in disbelief he's the owner. He was rude, condescending, and unprofessional. They have no phones to contact them!! Try and call them. I sent an email stating I needed to cancel my appointment 24 hours in advance. They ask you give at least a 12 hour notice. I also tried to cancel my appointment online, but since I made it at that location after my last appointment, there wasn't anything on my file online to see or cancel. They had a brand new girl working, so maybe that's why? I'm not sure. I figured an email would be suffice, to the business. I was still charged $50 for a no show. When I went in to ask about the charge, he immediately tells me there's nothing he can do. When I asked for a number for corporate, he said he was the owner. I asked how was I supposed to cancel the appt, and he then informs me I'm supposed to use FB messenger. What?!? Excuse me? How am I supposed to know this? Where does it state this? Who informs me of this when I book? He continues to belittle me saying things like "Sorry your internet doesn't work. What type of web browser do you use?" At no point did I say this, so why is that a response? He continued saying he only has one employee after interacting with him, I understand why and that he can't have phones for his business bc of this. Ever heard of an answering machine sir? A lot of people use cell phones to run their business. Just a heads up. Even after reading him the email I sent and showing him, he was belligerent and argumentative. He says "You know what? I'll give you your fifty dollar deposit back since your problems are way more important than everyone else's." Excuse me? "Sir, keep my fifty dollars and I'll just let the public know how you run a business." He followed me out yelling "Let me warn you..." I don't need any threats, sir. This review cost me $50 and I hope it helps someone avoid this business at all costs. To the owner: Take a business management class, because you definitely don't know WHAT you're doing. Curious how you ended up owning a mostly-female waxing facility. Find another passion. This isn't it for you.
I’m a member and got canceled on twice in a week because someone was sick. I ended up contacting them I was quite frustrated and annoyed but the owner replied quickly to my text and made it right.
I have been a member for a year or so, recently moved without knowing my membership wasn’t canceled. I was misinformed when I first signed up but I should have read everything. Make sure you read everything. Ive sent multiple emails and even messages on Instagram. No one has responded back. When I tried to book a help service no dates were available. I honestly believe it’s ridiculous I cannot receive a response back from anyone. Other than that the waxers are really nice. I’ve never had a problem with a waxer. Update 2/21/22: I still have not received any response back. I sent in 2 cancellation request but no one has gotten back to me on anything. Yes it has been 30 days for one of them. Worst customer service I’ve experienced when it comes to matters like this. For one I never received any response back about anything and trust I have screenshots of all the messages I’ve sent. Secondly when the money stop coming out my account is when I noticed the membership was canceled. Thirdly I have the freedom to say whatever I want and I have not mislead anyone about your horrible customer service. So you have a bright and shiny day okay.
