I had the fried Red Snapper with rice & beans & fried plantains. It was amazing. Dig right in & enjoy this tasty dish. The fish was seasoned to perfection, not greasy, simply delicious.Food: 5/5

Their dine-in menu is a list of 6 items. It is nothing like what is online. The online menu is a lie. They also have no side dishes except for their version of fried chicken. I was disappointed with the menu, but I was hungry, so I got a fried pork with white rice and black bean sauce. food overall is a 6. Pricing was good.Food: 2/5

Very unhappy with this restaurant. I ordered two plates of JUST white rice with sauce on the side. When I called the lady stated the price to be $7 a plate. When I picked it up online, the total was $28 JUST for white rice. Absolutely ridiculous. Although I can understand the language barrier, customers should still not be overcharged!

While Bon Appétit restaurant boasts a longstanding presence, the culinary experience falls short of expectations. The enduring mediocrity in both cuisine and customer service has unfortunately become a norm. Despite these setbacks, the silver lining lies in the consistently exceptional quality of their patties and ragu, offering a redeeming aspect to an otherwise lackluster dining experience.

I used to come here because of the good food and presentation. Customer service was NEVER good and now they are giving the food like this?!?! I know this is t a high class restaurant but they aren't even presenting the food as a decent restaurant would. I'm VERY disappointed in this and I don't see my self coming back here because this is just NOT okay.

I paid 30 dollars for food and they didn’t even fill my plate up with rice. It looks like leftovers & I only got 2 plantains. Absolutely worst! I don’t recommend it at all. I will never go back here again.

I went there to order the $5 plates that they always advertise but never have and ended up paying about $12 total and waiting a good 40min. Before I left the cashier gave me an attitude because I told him I'd wait for the special but it seemed like he didn't even want me to do that so I brushed it off. When I received my food only one plate had chicken on it and it and my whole order was just messed up. I assumed it was him being spiteful but we don't like to assume over here so I just said w.e I didn't go back to fix it cause I just felt as if they were going to do something to my food. 0/10 I would not recommend..... take your money to a company that really deserves it.

They messed up on my whole order didn't even put my drinks in the bag I asked for spinach legume and they gave me eggplant there customer service sucks

Last time I came I was about to order with the nice young lady up front. This caramel skinned older woman ran from the kitchen just to get up in my face mean mugging and staring very evil. She pushed the nice young lady aside so she could take my order. Weird. No hi or greeting nothing, just staring. So, She had an attitude taking my order. When my food was ready She was scared when I was about to open the bag to check my food and proceeded to yell at me for checking my food so i just left. I get home to see she gave me the wrong order. Purposely.so I came back to get my correct order, after eating I got horribly sick. I will never come back again that lady was evil. I don't know if they hate Americans but I didn't see them treat the Haitians that way. I did nothing to that lady
