Not sure what to make of this place that names itself after a Vietnamese dish, yet has an identity crisis with what food and cuisine it actually wants to serve. My miso kimchi ramen broth was bland and lost in its flavors and composition. The surprise winner of the dish was the pulled pork which was shockingly delicious. This restaurant needs to look itself in the mirror and figure out a direction, not try to pretend to be all Asian and nothing at once.
This place has plethora of delicious-looking menu, but since I wasn’t feeling too hungry, I decided to try their lemongrass chicken $6. First of all, I loved how they wrapped the entire box to prevent any moisture from getting out. Even by the time I got home, chicken was still hot and tender. It would’ve been better if they didn’t season the chicken too much, but I still liked the overall taste of the chicken. If you’re going for the chicken, definitely recommend getting some rice to go along with it - it would make a perfect balance. Everything else on the menu also seemed very affordable and I would definitely return to try their bowls and ramen.
Great food! They give big portions
The Shanghai stir fry was really good
The food was average. My girlfriend and I got two dishes that have chicken in them, but it turns out the chicken is dry. The flavors of the dishes were very slim. It could of been more tasteful. Overall, would I go again? No I would not.
Everything is so delicious. All your favorite Asian foods, but made with real food. Wrapscallion is amazing, fried rice with pork too!
This location is an 8 minute walk from the Cambridge Marriott. I had a to go order of Dan Dan ramen noodles and an order of BBQ pork rice bowl. The Dan Dan noodles we're delicious and tasted like spicy ramen with just a hint of peanut. You order from the front counter and then take a seat until your name is called. The orders are ready in just a few minutes. The place looks new and is very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful in explaining the many choices on the extensive menu.
Courteous staff. Love the Banh Mi with Korean BBQ pork! Nice Thai Basil Limeade. And Chinese Broccoli.
Recently opened. Tons of open and casual space. Ordered the devil egged side and pork noodle soup. Both very tasty, even as a to-go order.
As a gluten-free eater, I was pleasantly surprised by how well everything was labeled. The lemongrass fried chicken on a noodle salad, with the miso lime dressing, was absolutely delicious, and really hit the spot. Would highly recommend! Plenty of seating inside and out.
