Bon Secours Health Center at Virginia Beach

Dr Juer completely ignored my concerns during my visit. Instead of further testing he goes off of old test results from months ago last summer. Do not put your faith into him and this practice! He’s a lazy doctor who can’t get to the root of the problem. Super dismissive when it’s your own body and you know when something is wrong or off. Doctors like this need to leave Health care!

Once again very unhappy with this office. Second time I was told I could walk in and get bloodwork done WITHOUT apptmt. Not true! Nothing in my records for blood work. I have a condition which requires blood work every six months. Have been a patient for years. When I asked if I could wait to ask doctor for bloodwork I was rudely and very unfriendly tone NO. Also third time they’ve told me I didn’t have an apptmt! I’m between a rock and a hard place. My oncologist has advised me to wait to change doctors BUT I’m not sure how much longer I can cope with the ineffiencu of this establishment

Very hard to get appointment with a particular doctor. Website says walk in and same day don't believe it. Plus office staff that answer phone sound very uninterested and in need of nap when talking to you and it's only 9 am. So sad that I love my doctor have to put up with bad office staff

I walked in for a Flu- shot. Took only a few minutes. I have an appointment with my MD set for after Thanksgiving..
