Terrible service!!!!!!! They tell you one thing on the phone... Then switch up when you arrive! The goal is to get you there in the office... Then force you to sign a payment agreement! Which adds on additional fees of course... Don't trust them... Go down the street to "24hr bonding"...

The ladies at James Bond are pleasant and very professional. They explain the whole bond process and make you feel very comfortable when asking questions. The ladies are very prompt to bonding your loved one out of jail. Call and ask for Casey when you have bonding needs.

Everyone that works there was very courteous and polite to me, and they kindly walked me through the process (since this was my first time bailing someone out). They were able to do the paperwork and the bail very fast.

This company helped bond my son out of bartow jail I was an emotional wreck because the officers at the jail were so rude to me and the ladies were so pasient and kind. They allowed me to make payments and made the process so easy and quick. I can't thank them enough for all that they did for my family.
