Bonded cleaners is great and has amazing service/client relations. Would recommend to all!

I had an event one night but the zipper of my dress suddenly broke. I went into this shop and asked if they could fix it immediately; they had a brand new zipper on my dress in 45 minutes! True life savers.

Too expensive total rip off, takes too long to alter clothes, does not accept Amex but cash or Venmo which is shady, inconvenient location. Never again, I’ll go elsewhere.

I have been using them for pick-up and delivery for the last several months. They are a little more expensive than other places, but you get what you pay for: no missing socks, on-time delivery... and even folded underwear !. Definitely a quality operation.

They are amazing to say the least! They somehow managed to revive my mud-stained shorts and I will forever be grateful. The people there are so nice and the boutique is adorable. If you live on Penn's campus, I would say Bonded is a must for all your dry-cleaning:

I have used Bonded Cleaners for years now and I have never had an issue with them. They offer great service including fast turn around time and my clothes are always clean and sharp. I highly recommend this place!!!
