Bonobos

I went to this store today and was informed by the sales rep that they “only offer in-store sizing and fittings” and apparently don’t sell any of the clothing they have on display racks with price tags on them. It became abundantly clear to me very quickly that this store- or at least the employees that work it- have a very particular and specific idea of who shops and who can afford it, since the same rep in question recommended I try a different and cheaper-priced store. I left the store fuming and immediately purchased what I wanted from the online store. Considering it was the exact same price and didn’t involve a prejudiced individual misjudging me based on my appearance, I will NEVER go back. I advise anyone who doesn’t fit this location’s “ideal demographic” to do the same as me and do not give this location of Bonobos your business.

My boyfriend has the hardest time finding pants which fit correctly and this store was a god send. The staff we worked with Ian were so friendly and helpful, especially when it came to trying on multiple styles and sizes to get the perfect fit. If you struggle to find the right fit or aren’t quite sure what will work on your body definitely give Bonobos a try!!

I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Sara was very helpful, listened to what I needed, and had a great eye for fashion to help me get to what works. I appreciate her expertise. 5 stars, I'll be back! Thanks Sara!

Great experience shopping in the store for clothes for holiday parties. I was a pleasure working with Ryan and finding the right fit for me!

Moved to Atlanta over a year ago. I have shopped at this location a number of times as well as recommended my father, brother-in-law, friends, etc. Devin and Ryan have been extremely accommodating, thoughtful and professional. It feels like I’m dealing with a real person—not a big corporation or sales rep. I would HIGHLY recommend shopping here for all your golf, professional and casual clothing needs. *First time leaving a Google review but felt compelled.

Absolutely great experience! I was able to come in about 20 minutes ahead of my appointment time, and Alex was there to greet me and walk me through the process. He found my perfect pant size immediately, and the golf pants, which I'll wear for work, are wonderful. I was also fitted for a suit, which was an equally good experience. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with Alex.

For men’s clothing Bonobos can’t be beat. Their fit, offering, quality, and pricing is fantastic. And quite simply put - they have the absolute best fit and sizing options and consistency throughout all their offerings in the entire industry. I use this store for correct fitting and to see each seasons new offerings. Callie, the manager, and her staff are excellent and have provided great customer service time and time again for me. Their kind, patient, and provide great advice. Understanding that the store is best to view, feel, and try the clothes on only is key. They can help place your order online and it’s delivered to you ASAP! TIP: make an appointment online ahead of time for a full fitting if it’s your first time. Also, Bring in your parking ticket for validation!

I've loved Bonobos for years! I've visited several of their guide shops and always had a great experience. The Atlanta guide shop is no exception. I went here for my first Bonobos suit fitting for dear friends wedding. These guys were on top of it, and I was in and out quicker than I thought. Kudos!

Highly recommend! Great service in store. Bonobos designs fantastic, high quality menswear at a great price point. We ordered 2 pair of work pants and they arrived 2 days later.
