I went to this location at 3pm today to purchase a new phone. There was a sign on the window not on the door that said "Lunch time be back soon". Is this normal? Very annoyed.

The store hours here says they open at 10:00am but yet it’s now 10:32am and there are customers waiting outside for the store to open. Not very professional!
