Well I'm Mr. Borders at Mr. Border's At the Bowmen DMV Just so happens his appointment was for the next day but he was luckily there this Was my 2nd trip my 1st one was not a good experience they have an employee named April Who had apparently held him up as well as myself I was quite upset only because I needed A divorce degree that I did not have nor did I know how to get this document she said I had to have Mr. Borders handed me his card and said he would help!
