Our business focuses on the repair and sales of office machines and their consumables (toner, drums, developers, paper trays, inks, OEM, compatibles, remanufactured, etc.)

We are a satellite service provider for National Service Center specializing in barcode printer repair. We also service and sell typewriters, copiers, printers, fax machines, shredders, etc. We service many manufactures brand items such as Lexmark, Sharp, HP, Canon, Brother, Panasonic, Xerox, Zebra, Intermec, Datamax, GBC, Fellowes, just to name a few.

We are an Authorized Brother Service Center. We have partnered with Dell and we are certified Lexmark service providers. We are also a reseller for Xerox Corp.

We are a local satellite service provider for National Service center covering the south regional states of Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama for the repair of barcode printers.

Our certifications by the Louisiana Dept. of Economic Development include the Veterans Initiative and the Hudson Initiative. We are also certified with the Louisiana Community Development Capital Fund, Inc. with reference to the SRPP Section 3 Program. We have been certified by the Regional Transit Authority as a State & Local Disadvantaged Business Enterprise, Small Business Enterprise. We are certified through the Office of Supplier Diversity with the City of New Orleans, Sewerage & Water Board of New Orleans, Louis Armstrong International Airport and Harrah's Jazz Casino of New Orleans. We are registered with the Department of Transportation.

We are registered with CCR, ORCA, the State of Louisiana Procurement and Contract Network, LAPAC, also the Louisiana Procurement Technical Assistance Center.

We offer preventative maintenance inspections also reasonable estimates. We DO NOT repair equipment in which the amount exceeds the fair market value of the equipment. A 30 Day warranty is included on all labor performed. Parts usually come with a manufacturer warranty. We guarantee our work.
