Borromeo's Pizza and Italian

Came here tonight for the first time. The staff was great! And so was the food! We had pizza and breadsticks and it was so good!!

The food is delicious. Service is terrible. There was literally 2 tables in the restaurant and we ordered a Supreme pizza. It took forever for the food to come out. Drinks were empty. When the pizza finally made its way to the table it was a plain cheese pizza. The waitress laughed and was excited that she was going to be able to eat the pizza herself. She proceeded to ignore her guests and set at the bar and eat the pizza while we waited 40 minutes for our pizza to come to the table. Our guests at the table had already ate and left before our food came out. And she still charged us full price. Terrible customer service. I will never eat here again.

We ordered a large cheese pizza tonight for take out. Got it home and it’s barely cooked. The crust is dough and gooey. Could not even pick a slice of it up. Tried calling and was put on hold. I just hung up. $14 down the drain. We won’t go there again.

The food was very good except one thing. the service. The waitress got our order wrong. We asked for cheese sticks but got cheese bread. It was still very good though. Her personality is nice. We did have to keep signaling her multiple times for a check and a box.Food: 5/5

Have eaten here one other time and we had a great experience. Decided to go back with friends on a Friday night around 9:50, with a closing time listed as 11:00. We arrived to see people at the bar drinking and the door locked. The lady tells us that they are closed because they have ran out of everything. Ok, so by tomorrow they will have mysteriously replaced everything they have ran out of. I just think it was a dumb excuse for employees that want to leave early on a Friday night. That’s fine, their loss, but we probably won’t be back.

Mediocre food. Like, the "chicken" in the penne alfredo was so tiny, i genuinely couldn't see it nor could I taste it. Paid an extra $2.00 for invisible chicken. We were waited on by the bartender. The bar was not busy but I had to flag another server down to get assistance cutting my pizza since the crust wasnt sliced all the way through. I waited 20 minutes even for my salad in a 1/2 empty restaurant. Had to aak the other server for another drink. Terrible service, overpriced dishes and an overall disappointing experience.

Ordered on Uber eats, order came in wrong. We ordered a meatball marinara original crust specialty pizza. The meat topping was lackluster, pizza was cold can blame delivery service for this, barely any "meatballs" more like the size of half Italian pizza at chuck-e-cheeae or any other cheap pizza joint, and sauce that is blatantly just tomato no oregano, rosemary, or any other Italian spice. They hide a hint of spicy- with ground red pepper- but at least they can find one spice above the kitchen storage closet- next to the cardboard pizza crust no not the boxes. When I asked about the wrong order, I told them this was my first time ordering from here I did not tell them of my complaints other than the wrong order I mentioned that we ordered an original crust which is frankly thick compared to photos posted online reviews. They replied that the order came in on their end as thin crust. They apparently have this issue with Uber eats and did not want to amend the mistake and suggested going through Uber eats. Sorry, but the food quality, service, and cold food will not be bringing me back.

I received thin crust when I ordered thick crust. There was a lack of customer service when I called about the mishap for my order. They said it’s a known issue when ordering through Uber Eats, and offered no helpful input.

This place doesn’t taste like restaurant food, more like school cafeteria. Pizza dough was very undercooked and doughy. We also got the chicken parm, chicken parm hot sub and Italian hot sub. The chicken was definitely frozen chicken patties and even though it’s a pretty reasonably priced place, it’s still not worth it. I hate leaving a bad review but everything tasted like something you could make at home when you feel lazy and want to put in absolutely no effort

The pizza was excellent taste, sauce was great it did not produce acid reflux and was packed with cheese and toppings my pizza supreme. Good customer service.Food: 5/5
