Mr Edgar Silva was very good at explaining every aspect of your services. He was thorough, clear, and had impeccable manners to make us feel comfortable and not patronized. If I can find the appropriate ways to finance the costs of the procedure, I will definitely go ahead with his recommendations.

Very informative, covered the options available including photo examples, included the science behind the options & what to expect, has the option to meet the surgeon before engaging in the procedure. Can't say more about Bosley yet, as I have no further experience with Bosley.

I had an appointment with Mr Alex Louder Sr. Counselor. He was very professional,, knowledgeable and gave us the honest and unbiased advised. He did not push for any purchase of his produce abut furnished us the pros and cons of different products. He is really an asset to the Bosley Enterprise-Good work/Vijey

I wish I could comment on the actual result of the procedure, but I ended up not having it done. I did, however, have an excellent experience with the initial consultation with Alex in San Jose. Very professional, forthright, and low-pressure. He was happy to share his personal experiences with Bosley transplant, and I was absolutely sold on the procedure, provider and price. My spouse, sadly, was not. I'm back to shaving bald, but would have certainly gone through it had I been approved by the "Boss." Maybe someday, Bosley... some day... :D

Just awful. I made a consultation appointment and showed up and they didn’t have me on the calendar. Then spoke to the sales guy and he made an appointment for December 20th, three months in advance. This was done a month ago. Then I get a call from the physician assistant that he is going on vacation and nobody told him about the appointment even though I was in the office with the guy when he made the call to the San Francisco ottice to make the appointment. If they can’t even make a scheduling appointment, how are they going to do a major surgery?

Alex was amazing! Very personal and well versed plus he’s a client. Informed me of everything I need to know and helped me set up everything to become a client.
