I had my procedure a few days ago, I don't think anyone could have had a better pre or post op treatment than mine. From Cynthia the office manager, Bill Leach the counselor, and Dr Phipps who explained in detail, what to expect from my hair transplant. The whole team, including the nurses, was awesome. Thanks so much to Team Raleigh!!!!

If I could give this place more than five stars then I would! The staff is super friendly and Bill Leach, the counselor, is honest and gets straight to the point. I highly recommend this place!

I had the restorative process done on the 26th of May. Dr Phipps was awesome informative, caring, and by what I can see in the mirror an artist as well, I'm 11 days out my scalp is healing well no real redness. My incision is healing well, I have had it looked at by a provider in my office and the margins are tight and the scaring should be minimal. (not that anyone will see it) looking forward to getting stitches on Friday, I have called twice to the office and spoke to Cynthia and she was able to answer all my post-op questions. I am very satisfied at this point.

Bosley Raleigh deserves every star I am giving it in this review. From location, to staff, treatment, support, and especially Dr. Phipps, Bosley Raleigh has been amazing during this experience. Dr. Phipps is a realist. She doesn't sell you "pie-in-the-sky". She adroitly sells you herself, her knowledge and know how. She gives you the confodence that you are making an informed decision. To me, that's priceless. I purchased more items because I trusted her. Now I don't know what the final result will look like. I may end up just as bald on top as I did when I came there in March, but there treatment, professionalism, and realism was unmatched. If the way they treat you is an indication of the results I can expect, I am going to love what I see in six months.
