Johnny and Aura are the best. I went to get a life jacket for snorkeling and they recommended a snorkel vest instead. Best snorkeling experience ever. These 2 were so easy to work with and they’re super friendly. My go to place for when I’m on the island.

We rented snorkeling equipment and had a great day snorkeling at Amini beach. I needed special goggles since I wear glasses. Everything fit great and functioned perfectly.

Very good quality! She offered up some advice on which locations are best for snorkeling and provided a free map for us to take on our adventures. You won't be disappointed!!

A great place to grab snorkel gear along with a large selection of sandals, clothes, and different sunscreen selection! Even had most of the sandals half off. Johnny helped us and he had a fantastic personality along with awesome customer service. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed the most beautiful ride for the afternoon. Up and down the street and was pretty comfortable. $30 for the day for a beach cruiser which is pretty pricey...

Had a great experience at Boss Frog's in Kapa'a. Jade took the time to show the best snorkel gear for beginners and answered all the questions with a friendly, cheerful attitude. Highly recommend this place.

This location is nice, clean, and has everything you will need for a beach day. We unfortunately had to wait behind a couple that arrived before us and wanted to book an excursion, which took 20-30 minutes, but that's just bad luck on our end; it was nothing the store could control. After receiving our rental gear and heading to the beach, I noticed my snorkel had a small chip in the bottom which allowed water to get in. I contacted the store and they apologized, told me to come in an replace my item for a new one, and offered to waive my weekly rental fee for the inconvenience!

We had the delight of working with Johnny at the Kapaa location today and I can’t be more impressed by him. He really went out of his way to help us and make us feel welcome. He was extremely knowledgeable about what we would need for our week in Kauai and he helped us with every aspect of our rental. I cannot recommend the Kapaa location more.

Very pleased with the service and gear I rented from this store. Was able to easily return equipment to another shop when I was on the South Shore. Started with a 1 day rental and was able to extend to 2 via text message. Great location recommendations from the staff. Glad I walked away from the pushy sales guy at Snorkel Bob's down the road.

I love Boss Frog’s. I think I initially found them driving by, but consistently use them for booking expeditions, and sometimes renting equipment. Kauai is a small island so the folks working there have good working relationships with the touring/ adventuring companies and have gotten me on some late/ last minute booking adventures/ deals. I use them when visiting other islands too. Hospitality and Aloha spirit goes a long way. Thanks for what you do! Mahalo!
