I would like to commend the entire staff on their professionalism, care and love shown to families in their time of need. Basically for the last 2 weeks I have been here with family and friends. For 2 of the services I did the details and arrangements. Anything I needed or asked for they provided me with. They went above and beyond to make sure all needs were met! I just can't thank you enough. It was not just one person, but everyone who assisted me in some manner that we are truly grateful for. God bless you all!

They handled my father in law funeral. They failed to provide a valuable source of information about listing blended families on the program which they clearly knew would be a problem in Probate Court. This caused a setback for our family in Probate Court which could have been avoided. This could have been a costly situation but we managed to get it worked out. After speaking to several of my friends, I was told that the funeral homes they used made sure they were well informed on how to list blended families in a way that would not be a problem when they went to Probate Court. The services itself was handle ok, but because they didn't inform our family properly on this issue, I had to give them one star. I Would not want this to happen to other families. We contacted the funeral home and questioned why they didn't tell us and they were very unprofessional and had a nasty attitude. They received their money so at that point they didn't care. Our family will not use Bostick Tompkins Funeral home again! These people are getting paid a lot of money and families lean on their services for advice and when they are not guided in the right direction beyond handling the services, it can be costly for the families.

Everyone is very professional, sufficient and very responsive. My family's experience with Bostic and Tompkins was amazing, there was not a question unanswered. The staff was very patient and they did a very nice job with our Loved One, Thanks to all of you....Family of Lil'Westley M. Bell...

Had a family member processed through this funeral home. Funeral home provides a very special "personal touch" to all aspects of its operations. From the ceremony to the family car to advertisements; "Very nice." One ovbserved as the best in South Carolina, and I am from Texas. Kudos and thanks to the staff and management of the Bostick Tompkins Funeral Services.
