Front desk worker named Nell is super friendly and helpful! Great staff 

Took a water aerobics class w my Mom! I have no idea what it's called but afterwards I realized that these older women are in better shape than me!! This place is the BEST, hands down!

Water Aerobics classes with Lori , Yoga with Terry and Group Exercise with Rhea are great classes. A health club with a lot to offer. The members are encouraging to one another.
