Our family was pressed into looking for an apartment in Boston on short notice. Courtney Wood is hands down the best rental real estate agent in the Boston area. I’ve moved throughout the city many times and I have never met an agent as knowledgeable, honest and dedicated to their clients as Courtney. She is extremely responsive, straightforward and fights for her clients every step of the way. This rental season has been extremely competitive according to the Boston Herald, moreso than any other year, and although I am not a traditional rental applicant, Courtney helped me secure an incredible Boston apartment. She is the kind of real estate agent that will always look for creative solutions to get you into a great housing situation and will show up every single step of the way. I’ve contacted and worked with many real estate agents in the Boston area and she is by far the best- if you are looking for a rental, contact her asap!

Courtney Wood is without a doubt the best person I could have asked for when trying to find an apartment on very short notice in Boston. Courtney was incredibly diligent, patient, and accommodating for what can be a very stressful process given the craziness of Boston's current market. I rarely write reviews but this was truly an exception. After setting me up with a list of virtually every available place in Boston given my search parameters, Courtney quickly contacted and coordinated with all of the different management companies/individuals to schedule a showing on the one day I was able to visit from out-of-state. This would have been impossible to do on my own. On the day of the visit, Courtney made sure everything went smoothly and according to schedule. She helped me ask the right questions and listened carefully to my preferences. She even scheduled two additional visits to apartments I hadn't initially considered but matched my interests the DAY OF my visit. I ended up changing my mind three times when determining the apartment I wanted to sign with. Each and every time Courtney got all the details and info required within the hour. She was constantly in communication via text, email or phone and sent really useful information I would not have even considered. I am so happy I used Courtney to find a place in Boston. I would have been completely overwhelmed without her. Look no further for what I feel is the best and hardest working agent in Boston. Truly grateful.

Finding an apartment in Boston is so difficult to do on your own, and there are a scant amount of brokers you can trust... But let me say: you can absolutely trust these guys. My broker, David, was kind, always quick to reply, and only wanted to make sure I was happy. He curated selections for me, and helped me find an apartment almost immediately. He was knowledgable and a great advocate for me during the signing process as well. From start to finish - couldn't be more pleased.

I was in search of a new home for my partner and I for a November move-in. I worked with a few realtors from different realty companies, but decided to stick with Boston City Properties since they seemed the most legit. I worked directly with Jessica Mulder and SHE IS AMAZING! She was fast at replying to my questions, sending me options, and gave me great tips/advice before viewing our first listing. We actually found our perfect apartment on the first day and she helped us with all documentation. We decided to not move after all, but she made apartment hunting a great and easy experience!
