Clean airport and impressively clean bathrooms in all terminals! Even a view outside from inside the bathroom the planes visible gives a fresh look as well as fresh cut and picked flowers! So many hooks for hanging items so they don't have to sit on the floor and the luggage nook allows so much space inside the stalls!!
This was definitely one of the best airports I’ve been to within the United States especially Terminal E, it felt very modern and large and was on par with many of the major European and Asian airports that I’ve been to. In addition it is quite convenient to walk between the terminals from my experience as it’s not very crowded and directions are clearly marked. Overall, Boston was definitely one of the best American airports that I’ve transited in!
One of the worst-designed airports I have ever been to, and I have been to hundreds around the world. The exit and entry into the airport is a total traffic nightmare, as cars and shuttles and buses are all funneled through some narrow lanes with very poor signage. So plan ahead with plenty of buffer time, as you will likely be sitting in some severe traffic jams. Shuttles to the rental car area also fill up quickly, so be prepared to wait in line.
Convenient access to our connecting flight to Amsterdam after arriving from Atlanta. The lounge is also comfortable and restaurants and shops are conveniently located. Travellers need to be mindful of the additional time it may take to go out and then return back to the airport due to a security checkpoint that can take a while.
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the current state of Boston Logan Airport. As a frequent traveler, I have noticed a significant decline in the overall condition of the facilities, which is both disappointing and frustrating. Firstly, the cleanliness of the airport leaves much to be desired. The restrooms are often unkempt, with overflowing trash bins and unsanitary conditions. The waiting areas and walkways also appear neglected, with litter and debris scattered throughout Secondly, the infrastructure itself seems to be deteriorating. Broken seats, malfunctioning equipment, and poorly maintained amenities contribute to an overall feeling of neglect. Specifically, the chairs in the waiting areas are in terrible condition, with many of them ripped and in desperate need of repair or replacement. What is particularly concerning is the apparent lack of investment in maintaining and improving the airport. Despite the significant revenue generated by Boston Logan Airport, it seems that these resources are not being adequately allocated to ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience for travelers. I urge the relevant authorities to address these issues promptly. Proper maintenance and upkeep of the airport are essential not only for the convenience and safety of passengers but also for maintaining the reputation of Boston as a world-class city. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to seeing improvements in the near future.
One of the nicest airports you can fly into. Very open, does not make you feel crowded. Nice seating in the terminals. I flew American Airlines which is in terminal B. Very easy to navigate. Rental cars are in a separate building and will need to take the provided ground transportation there. Rentals were easy. Tons of food options. TSA was very quick and simple.
Flew into Boston Logan International Airprot for a trade event for work. This is my 3rd time here in 3 years around the same time period. 2 times the weather was exactly the same flying in, and the other was smooth. Last year it was extremely hot at this time and today it was raining with a lot of wind. I flew in from Delta in terminal B, and it is pretty easy to navigate with allth4 signs they have to get to ground transportation and the ride share pick up. But be careful so you don't go to the wrong ride and pick up. I must have missed something and ended up in terminal A pick up. The airport had plenty of shops, bathrooms and accommodations for all. It is a long walk to get out of the terminal to the pick-up spots. This airport is usually packed, so be patient when you are traveling. Morning time traffic is crazy here, too.
Now… I LIKED a lot this airport. if you’re going to get stuck, this is the place to be! It was open airy and lots of choices for food and shopping. Lots of places to charge your phone and devices, comfortable seating, and you’re not on top of someone. You can tell the sense of pride for their local element as shown in their stores so great for tourist and people traveling. It is rather large, but it was easy to get through. I wish they would upgrade their scanning system because at this point, we should not have to take our laptops out of our bags. That would be my only issue otherwise I wouldn’t mind going back!
Just experienced my first layover at Boston Airport, and here's the scoop! You need to pick up your luggage and recheck it, which is the norm. My second flight was to Canada, and it took less than 2 hours to get to my gate after landing. Sometimes, your luggage might be screened, which could add some extra time, so I recommend a 4-5 hour layover. After grabbing your bag, catch the bus outside to your next terminal. Each bus is numbered and clearly indicates which terminals they serve. Plus, the walk to the gates features some cool displays of celebrity memorabilia! Overall it’s a great experience!
This is a big airport and have many companies for your choosing the best for you and family . Very clean and easy for use the parking. Have a space for drop of and pick up. Everything works very well. Have a security all the time. Thanks I’m very happy to use here when I need.
