I havent been to Boston Market in many many years.... Not really a place i prefer... Went in Honor of my mom.. its been 2 months since her passing... And she loved This restaurant... I dont know why... But she would of had it every day if she could....The sweet potatoes were a little runny... But sweet and edible... The corn was super bland not edible because it had no flavor tasted like if you were to eat it straight from a can... Not sure how to describe the weird corn taste... The mac and cheese isnt how i remembered... Less cheese..it was more noodle than cheese... But its edible... cornbread was super hard and dry.... The chicken was basic rotisserie chicken... Nothing special... It was moist...
Need more staff, but I understand it’s a national labor shortage july2021. Quality of food is as good as any other Boston market. Chocolate cookies looked yummy Cheers!
We liked eating there but I do not go as much as I used to dine at least 3-4 times a months but most casserole to us had changed quite a lot more black peppers is being added in which we do not liked. Plus is a lot less to choose from sides serving is much less quantity and kids menu is not to much to choose from either and I don’t mind cornbread but that shouldn’t be added as a side it should be added with the high price you already paid.
They literally have no food and feels like a homeless encampment inside. There is a huge banner out front that says “we have rotisserie nuggets!” And when I asked for them the gentleman told me they have not had the nuggets in at least 6 weeks…. Take the banner down!!
Looks like it is shut down, but it is open. Very clean and spacious. Staff were ready to help. Unfortunately, they were low on supplies and i couldn't get what I wanted. Parking: Ample parking and easy in-out.
My heartbreaks to have to say any of this about a place I used to enjoy very much, however it needs to b said so here goes..... Lovie and I went tonight for after work dinner and was very please with the young lady Manager Serving the food she was very pleasant, friendly and most of all apologetic for EVERYTHING that they DID NOT have such as eat in Plates, sandwich bread, soda in the machines and the numerous amount of sides they were out of...... Its hard being in management and having to constantly tell hardworking hungry customers that you DON'T have this and or that..... And let's be honest it's not just this location that's out of food its ALL of them in Wilmington ie: 202,and claymont as well..... It seems as though Boston Market may b disappearing soon Please improve soon we love it here
Hello ..I wasn't a fan of Boston Market but a friend took me there for lunch. The new nuggets were great BIG all 12 couldn't fit in one container. Also I got the chicken pot pie good! Cashier at lunch time was great with customer service!! The food was good on Tuesday in the day time only at lunch!!. The food you get at nite is not the sam by Friday 7.15.22 .The nuggets were little pieces of chicken which did not look like the chicken at lunch time. Horrible and dry the chicken Potpie was dry and disgusting!! It was an imposter!! No moisture in the Potpie just dry with nasty carrots!! How can you mess those up..I won't be visiting there anymore!! Unhappy with my food..The foods not that cheap so it should come correct!! Not a fan again!!
Employees are friendly and the service is fast. Food is always good especially the half parmesan chickenFood: 5/5
They typically only have some items on their menu. They are always out of items to order. This has been the experience over 6 months time.Food: 4/5
It was easy to order. The pickup was quick. And of course the food was good.
