Boston Market

Update: As I already stated this email doesn't exist. Are you just copying and pasting the same response to all of the reviews you recieve. I Really did not want to write a negative review because I usually love the food. I tried to email you first with the email you provided in all the comments but it's non existent. The chicken Is literally not edible

I go to Boston Market specifically for their cornbread. I love their cornbread. I always order more. But when I got home with my order I did not get the extra that I asked for. They certainly charge me for it. But they did not give it to me. I guess I will go to a different Boston Market that have their stuff together. I get that it was only 2 extra, but it is what I ordered and now will not have enough for my meal. And what the hell happened to the ribs?!

My pregnant wife was being looked up and down numerous time from the employee behind the counter. He was a large white male, tall, big, middle age, black hair. Feeling very uncomfortable, and despite her better judgement and just leaving being pressed for time during work hours she stays to order food. When it was her turn he said to her "Can I help you T-i-t-t-i-e's". My wife replied EXCUSE ME!? and he said "Can I help you". I assume this is not the envierment Boston Market portrays to the employee's. Sadly something is going on at this location with managment when you have people like this behind the counter.

This was the most dirtiest Boston market I've ever been to the bord of health needs to go there windows nasty counter tops nasty floor nasty garbage can nasty doors nasty and the Mac and cheese was old bitter taste had to come back and get my money I was not feeding that to my kids if the front looks like that imagin the kitchen the food being stored place needs help badly bad experience shittyyy place needs new management if they hire me ill close it for 1 week fired every one there to young and slobs all that free time they should be cleaning and no cell phones while work time not paying to be on phone use that time cleaning the garbage bathrooms make sure there's toilet paper in bathrooms soap clean glass in and out and check all that food I wanted to throw up with that macaroni bad bad bad so much dirtiest all over need to be shut down emergency be for some one get sick

I usually pay attention to reviews. This time I didn't and look what I got. This is suppose to be the crispy chicken. The mash and corn were good.

This place is disgusting all my Food was dried out I’ve never had to pay an extra dollar for sweet potatoes that was so thick I couldn’t eat….mac & cheese looks like it was sitting there forever the cornbread was freezing cold disgusting… I did not feel like driving back For a refund… How could they sell people food that looks like this disgusting waste of money

I did a curbside pickup order from Boston Market and they got everything wrong. First of all, when I got there, I parked and called the number I was instructed to call. No one answered, so I had to go inside to get my order. I brought it out to my car and decided to check it. Good thing I did! One meal was supposed to come with white gravy, but there was none. I went inside and was told that they never have white gravy, so I exchanged that meal for a different one. Then I noticed that they hadn't given me an order of chicken nuggets, so they gave me that. It wasn't until I got home that I realized that another meal which was supposed to be turkey, was chicken instead. And they also forgot to give me an apple cobbler, which is a 4.99 dessert. All in all, it was a bad experience and I will not be ordering from them again.

Terrible!! Stay away! I have such fond memories of Boston Market, this was not that. Food was stale and not hot, The employees were sitting around and not even working. No ice for the drinks and they were flat at that! Corn bread was hard as a rock. Even the rest room was out of order, can not find even one redeeming quality to add to this. STAY AWAY

The place was dirty. Trays felt greasy. Bathroom out of toilet paper. Garbage cans messy. Dirty mop bucket stored in front of high chairs. At this rate they'll be out of business soon.Food: 4/5

Terrible experience … They forgot items we ordered, and substituted items we ordered without contacting us or confirming anything. They refused to refund anything and made us go back for what they forgot and ruin our dinner with zero consideration or apologies. Manager was terrible.
