Boston Market

For the last few years we have done a catered Thanksgiving meal. But unfortunately, our preferred location closed last year in Manhattan. So, we had to choose this location for pick up as its close to home and we preferred not to go to the Pennsylvania Ave location. Honestly, you would miss it in this plaza as there not much around. Very isolated and limited parking. When we got there, there was epic line but it moved surpisingly fast. Very impressed. Check in was quick and the wait to pick up food was only 10 minutes later than our initial time frame pick up. Compared to last year were everything was disorganized from top to bottom, I was very happy. The box provided this year was packed nicely in Boston market box not in a huge oversized uhaul box loaded with items making it difficult to carry. They even provided a cart to carry out your items to your car if needed. Last year's location didn't offer that option. The box was easy to carry and we were also provided a box filled with a table cloth, utensils, napkins, plates, and tongs. Again, last year's location only gave us a tablecloth and utensils. The food was hot on arrival at the house and was delicious!! The ribs, sweet potato casserole was omg !! All the food was amazing. You have enough food to not cook for days. The line at this location was organized and ran smoothly as there was multiple staff checking in those who catered or those who were ordering for pick up and the staff was very nice. There was no disgruntled customers compared to last year were people left BM annoyed, sad, and unsatisfied. I'm very satisfied customer at this location where I was down for the count in 20 minutes after eating. We will definitely be back. Can't wait to enjoy the apple pie later.

My mother, my husband, and I are always happy with buying from Boston Market. The food is always hot and delicious. The individual dinners have excellent portions. The Family Meals are fantastic and easy to serve. The meals are wonderful, whether as a nighttime dinner or the special holiday meals. We appreciate the wonderful service of the staff at this location!

If you don't mind the weather yea.. Their food is still enticing. This is only my opinion. Service they are eager to serve.. A lot of people do pick up. Again that leaves the place vacant for me who travel with Public Transport with time to really relax & enjoy my meal...Food: 5/5

It’s ok. I ordered pickup, but I really should have just ordered in person. Didn’t realize that the mashed potatoes didn’t come with gravy. How odd. It’s one of the few fast food places that have veggies of any kind, so I’ll probably go there again, at some point. No hurry though.

I absolutely love the mashed potatoes and gravy. Chicken bites were amazing. Mac and cheese was okay. The corn bread is the best part. The only problem is that the hot sauce condiment didn’t taste good and you better check the sodium content on most of those items. Other than that, 5 stars. Also, staff were nice too

Poor customer service dated back several months back. Spent over $40 for dinner for my family and they advertised the new BBQ chicken. Looked great. What I got was a cup of boiled looking chicken with a few spices on it. It had to be the absolutely worst chicken I had. When I asked why it doesn’t look like the picture, I was told “I don’t know, but this is the correct chicken”. I called customer service to complain and no one ever called back.

I don’t have any complaint with the service but I spent $13 on a meal and it didn’t come with a drink…. How is it that expensive and doesn’t come with a drink. I could’ve just went to KFC or Popeyes and saved a couple extra dollars to play lotto.

Ordered from the 1972 Ralph Ave location through Uber Eats, food does not arrive hot, had to put it in the microwave. More than once, the beverage portion of the order is either missing or incorrect Uber will refund for the beverage portion only. The gravy needs work, mash potatoes taste better without it. The mac & cheese needs work- salty & watery. The rotisserie chicken is not bad. I paid $46.56 which included an $11.95 discount from Uber. Overall not worth the price even with the discount, especially through Uber Eats. ***UPDATE*** IT HAS BEEN MONTHS & ANDY FROM BOSTON MARKET HAS YET TO REPLY TO MY EMAIL & YES I HAVE THE CORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS AS PROVIDED BY ANDY BELOW.

Food was hot and fresh. No waiting line. They allowed me to use the public restroom before ordering. I would come here again.
