Stay Away ... New Patient, Very Disappointed. Poor Quality, Poor Hygiene no masks required. I went in for an evaluation on the next phase of dentures. Brought all necessary documentation including x-rays. Explained I was not a candidate for implants as I didn't have enough bone. Dentist broke my upper denture when mishandling and dropped on the floor. Attempted to repair it.????? Took additional unnecessary x-rays and charged for them before I left the office. Free Evaluation ended up costing over $300. I'm 74 yo and on a fixed income. Charging for unnecessary x-rays is a scam used by "Unscrupulous Dentists" to charge for their "FREE INTRODUCTORY EVALUATION" Asked for fee to be returned for x-rays I didn't order. They responded with a "Pompous Letter" Paul Ulrich

Please be careful with this office! They bring you in with the prospect of a 'free consultation' and then almost immediately start examining your mouth AND performing xrays. Ok fine, except whether you end up with work done or not, they will then charge you and/or your insurance for this consultation. If you have dental insurance this consultation will count against some of your yearly benefits, Do not support these predatory practices!

Boston Prosthodontics Dental Group on Staniford Street in Boston is an outstanding comprehensive dental care group,. My husband and I have stayed with our dentist, Dr. Dan Nathanson, since his postdoctoral training at the Harvard Dental School. We are thoroughly satisfied with his care and his recommendations and advice. All the other dentists at the group are equally outstanding. The oral hygienists are equally superb, thorough and personable. We feel excellently and comprehensively cared for. Thus is top-notch group. You the patient and your well being count most. You are valued and known as a person. The administrative staff is most forthcoming, available, always courteous, and friendly. They go out of their way to facilitate our own difficult schedules. I recommend this Group with the highest enthusiasm and praise.

I have been a patient of Dr. Malament's since 1991-2. That, in and of itself, tells the story but I am also very fond of the staff that has been constant all these years too. Denise and Marybeth feel like family and the hygienist, Diane is superb. Dr. Malament is not just a first rate dentist but an artist.

Dr. Malament's work is of the highest standard. He and his team have created numerous crowns for me over the years with attention to the both aesthetics and overall dental health. My regular dentist has observed many times that Dr. Malament is at the top of his field and his work has no parallel.

I am very disappointed in my results. I had crowns completed on my 4 upper front teeth. Two of the 4 new crowns are out of alignment. The last discussion I had with Dr. Malament included getting a referral for an orthodontist to straighten the new crowns. Huh? Now I have to pay for another expensive procedure and endure another time consuming process to achieve results that I expected from Boston Prosthodontics. I feel bad about my smile.

Ken Malament is to prosthodontics as Picasso is to modern art. Ken and the entire office demonstrate good judgement, patient respect, and practice excellence. Their standards should set the bar for all medical service offices!
