Company only cares about money not their customers. Charged me for use of the gym in March and April when you couldn’t use the gym because of covid. Their cancellation policy is a 45 day notice meaning they will charge you for 2 month still after cancelling. Was told they would waive my fees as I’m a healthcare worker and won’t be using the gym for a while due to covid concerns, yet they still charged me for the next month. Still charged me my yearly membership fee after trying to cancel.have been paying for this gym for 5 months plus my yearly membership and haven’t been to the gym since February as I am a healthcare worker. Thought maybe they would offer some sort of refund at least one the yearly fee since I won’t have used the gym a single time after getting charged that, they won’t. Terrible customer service. Hate when companies can’t just be a human and show some understanding or kindness
Absolutely horrible management and service policy I will never join this gym again. First they will charge you 75$ yearly fees then they will charge you 20$ monthly feea When you will ask to cancel they will ask you to pay 10$ in addition to 45 days notice. I bet it takes one click to cancel my subscription I'm just plain disappointed in them for providing bare minimum equipments. Charging outrageous amount of money for personal sessions and no group classes are ever open and the one which are present at inconvenient times. I have paid way too much money already and I want to make sure whoever is thinking of joining this gym knows these facts.
The actual gym is okay, service is really bad. Told them 3 times to cancel membership before the next month, was assured that a note would be made and my membership would surely not be renewed. Well, next month, was charged for the membership again after having told them 3 times to cancel. Gives off the impression that it's really unorganized and that they couldn't care less about their clients. Would not recommend.
I chose this gym simply because it was close to work and not really for any other reason. Many of the comments on here are accurate. It is pretty dingy, the machines are old, there aren't really enough of the main machines bikes, cross trainers for working out in peak times. Really more focused on weights. There aren't many options for classes either but when I have gone to the instructors have been fine. I do remember one not turning up and after about 15 - 20 mins of waiting, the manager asking us if we could take it ourselves! Seemed like a pretty silly idea. The staff has always been perfectly friendly but the trainer was hard to get hold of. I'm currently pregnant and wanted to be careful with what exercises I did which is why i tried a trainer. But if you have the odd question about how to use a machine for example, there is no one to ask. All trainers are busy with their clients. I find this to be extremely unsafe and very annoying! Every time I asked about it they tried to up-sell more training sessions which is a ridiculous for one question. Every gym I have ever used before, no matter how cheap or expensive, has had someone who is available to take care of the floor. It is simply a matter of safety. I noticed a couple of people mentioned that they had trouble with their cancellation and were overcharged. I have just cancelled mine so I will be looking out for this. I have noticed that i have had no email to confirm this has gone through.
Frustrating experience to cancel/ billing. They have a period of 45 days after you cancel where they continue to bill you. The annual fee is a rip off and they billed the annual fee after I cancelled Super nice trainers and staff. The gym is good during off peak times
