Boston Town Car

I have the opportunity to use Boston Town Car to provide transportation services to several of my corporate clients. So far, our overall experience has been really good. They are always on time, have a really good customer service from the moment of reservation until the end of the services. They are willing to help with our last minutes request and most important of all, they offer a reliable and consistent high quality of service. I highly recommend Boston Town Car as your transportation services in Boston and surrounding areas.

Wonderful people! We live in FL, but my son, visiting relatives in Hanson, was on a delayed flight into Logan and wouldn't arrive til after 1:30 am. I didn't want him taking any taking public transport so late, so googled car services. After calling 6 other companies - all of which either laughed or stopped taking reservations after 5 pm really?! - I stumbled onto Boston Town Car. The woman taking the reservation was very nice and arranged for a car to pick him up - no problem. These people know how to run a business. Highly recommend.

Pros: Our driver was friendly and the car was clean. Cons: We asked for an infant seat for our 6-month old, and the driver showed up with a front-facing booster seat for kids ages 3 and up! We had to fetch our own infant seat and install it. And THEN the driver misunderstood his GPS directions and got on the highway going the wrong way, adding 15 minutes to our journey as he drove to the next exit to turn around. Thank goodness we left plenty of time before our flight. Boston Town Car is vastly overpriced for the quality of service -- this debacle cost us $72, including the mandatory gratuity for our disorganized and inattentive driver. If you're looking for an airport taxi you can probably do better.

Boston Town Car is the best. The drivers are on-time, friendly and intelligent. I use this service for local and longer trips too.....all with great success. The owner is accessible and responsive to any unforeseen change in plans. Boston Town Car is definitely a 5-star service!

It was such a pleasure to work with Boston town car company. We interacted with Mac, very professional, very responsible and very accountable. He guided us with all the right information. We did shop around for a qquote and there's were the best. The minivan arrived sharp on time. The bus was clean. The driver very courteous. He played all our songs and was a great sport. I give them a 5 thumbs up. And I say Mac exceeds all expectations!!!!! We will engage them again very soon.

Excellent service. Always on time and very very accommodating. Since last summer I've been using them on a weekly basis, my elderly mother lives in Brookline and can no longer drive. They're great. You won't find a better company to deal with. I went through several companies before I found this one online. Mack is a great guy with a great team of drivers.

When booking the service we indicated that we had a 6 yr old and 4 yr old and would need a car seat and booster. They showed up with an infant seat and booster which were hardly secured and we couldn't fit our 4 yr old in. So we used decided to use their booster seat and gave them our car seat to pick us up with on the return flight home. We called 2 days before our return trip to make sure that they had our car seat and would be showing up with that as well as a booster. Although they assured us this would be handled they proceeding to show up and with two infant car seats, again not appropriately secured. The flight home with two little ones was late enough and now we were forced to wait another 30 minutes for someone to drop off the correct seats and find ours! When the manager arrived with the seats, there was no apology. I expressed my dissatisfaction to which he said that the error was made because we filled out the initial request wrong. There was no acknowlegement of their wrong doing or the fact that we called 2 days prior to confirm the arrangements. The manager also said he would call us the next day which he never did... Extremely poor customer service and if you have kids I would not trust them to show up with the appropriate seats and secured correctly!

Wonderful experience!! Rodrigo was punctual, courteous and got us where we needed to go with no issues. This was my first experience with Boston Town Car and I will not hesitate to call them again!
