Kate did a fantastic job both in helping us buy our home in North Attleboro and then selling it almost 5 years later. Kate is an excellent realtor and worked with us for over a year when we were buying our house. She got us into several homes before open houses commenced and would meet us at all the properties that we deemed had potential and would provide great insights when we toured these houses. She gave us good advice on our starting bid when we decided to make an offer and helped with the negotiations and paperwork in making sure the offer was accepted. She was patient and always put our needs and thoughts first, even when we had to back out on an offer that was accepted. In the house that we ended by buying, there were some hard negotiations and back and forth with the sellers and Kate was tenacious and made sure it all came together for us.
