Boulevard and Trumbull Towing

Boat lift on there lot. I bought a boat at auction, they rent out part of their lot for storage. The boat I bought was on this lot so I asked if they could lift it onto a trailer. I had an opinion to have a hydraulic lift trailer come or a standard trailer. I chose a standard because it was cheaper even with them lifting it I talked to 3 different people, 3 different days and all had a price of 300-350. Once my truck arrived they said oh we can’t lift it with one truck must have 2 and doubled the price. Would not work with me at all. So I had to pay way more then if I would have just had the other trailer.

We spent 5 days dealing with another company through AAA trying to get our RV back to Canada. We finally got hooked up with B&T to get the job done. Ed showed up within 15 mins. He was friendly, professional and able to walk us through the process of crossing the border. Working with him really relieved my stress and anxiety and within no time our RV was back on Canadian soil.Service: Special vehicle towing

One of their drivers tried to tow my car out of a handicap spot, my car has a handicap plate. My boyfriend had to rush down to get my car before he could put it up. All the guy said to him was, "didn't I get you before, too" and laughed. This guy seems to think it's funny that he's out here towing people out of parking spots. I called the business and asked why my car was being towed and was hung up on. I called again and was told the guy didn't realize it was a handicap plate and he said he was very sorry. He may not have towed my car, but how many others in this apartment complex has he towed that didn't deserve it? This company is ripping people off and nobody should EVER do business with them.

We have towed 3 miles and agreed to keep truck in their towing lot for 4 days for 1500 but on Monday they say need to pay 420 more for storage and they just lie to keep charging you more and more. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS !!!!!!!Service: Special vehicle towing

Avoid at all costs! Took 1.5-2 hrs to get to us at 12am estimated time was 30-45 mins, dispatch was terrible/rude, and tow truck driver then dropped car off at wrong repair shop despite several attempts from myself to confirm the correct address and correct shop name. the driver ignored me/glossed over it like he knew everything.

S.A.F.E. Management is who I work for at Detroit Lions. 36th District security guard called you to have my vehicle towed out in front of Detroit Parking Court/ 36th District Courts. Now, I am still working at S.A.F.E Management. Now you drove those trucks for a load in at Detroit Tiger's for three back to back concerts. I am still working at Detroit Tiger's Stadium, 313 Presents, and Little Ceaser Area.

A total scam. Towed my car from an apartment complex back to their lot only 10min away, Car was there maybe 4 hours. Charged me $420 total to get it back. Can’t even make rent this month

My daughter broke down in the middle of the night and when this "Towing" company showed up. The driver stated that he could not take anyone in the car with him; he had too many things inside the car. So my daughter had to ride in her car on the back Yup! the one being towed! then he had the audacity to charge her? it should have just been gas money!. This is so wrong. In his front seat was a woman, evidently she was his sweetheart! So unprofessional, unsafe and so wrong! I am thinking of filing a complaint BBB and the news stations.Service: Car towing

Man all b&t hires is drivers that are dbags. Never had a drive come to our shop and get mouthy with my boss. Just rude drivers every time we have to deal with them!!!!Service: Special vehicle towing

I was stranded, I called AAA & was left hanging from 10pm to 8am... Called Boulevard & they came Johnny on the spot. Shout out to Aaron who took care of me & got me home safe. Will use & recommend to anyone that needs their service..Thanks Aaron....Service: Car towing
