Bounce-A-Roo PlayHouse Meridian

Place isn't very well managed or designed, has very limited activities for the kids yet they charge as if they are a trampoline park or something. The adults can't do anything with the kids and basically have to walk around the entire building to get to a seating area that has cheap uncomfortable seating, employees were both pretty rude as well. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place...

Maybe they changed ownership? We've been here several times before, and always had a good experience. We went October 7th 2017, and that was far from the case. The lady working around lunchtime was the rudest person I've encountered in a really long time. We weren't there 15 minutes and she had been rude to us multiple times as well as the only other people in the place. I decided we would take the kids elsewhere. As I was gathering my children, the other patrons told me she had been rude to them as well. At this point, the lady working then came over and told me that I didn't have to like it there, but I shouldn't discourage other patrons. I let her know they were just telling me they weren't happy either. She then began arguing with them, so they packed up and left too. On the way out, the other patrons (who happened to be the only ones in there) let me know she didn't even want to blow up the equipment when they got there. The lady working told them those items were for bigger kids (none of the items they had her blow up were for big kids. My 3 year olds play on all of them). Well, after all that, there were no patrons left, and I believe that's exactly what the lady working wanted all along. Will not be wasting my money for a 15 minute jump experience again!

The staff are extremely rude and confrontational. They crawled my wife twice for getting I. The bouncy house to extract our crying child that another kid pushed down. We won't be going back. If we do I will go to jail for snapping on the staff.

Very clean and the children had a blast!
