Our Church's Children's Ministry used Bounce Hoppers to kick off our grand opening of our expanded classrooms/facilities. They provided two bounce houses, snow cone and cotton candy machines, and an assortment of games. The prices were extremely reasonable and the service was outstanding. Scott, the owner of the company, was flexible and accommodating when we had to make changes to our order. His team was on time and the setup was fast. We paid for an attendant, which was reasonably priced and worth it. I highly recommend Bounce Hoppers for your outdoor event.
My kids absolutely loved the bounce house and such a great, wide selection of options. They were in it all day. The house seemed almost like new. The houses are well taken care of. Setup was fast and seem less. The staff was exceptionally nice and thoughtful. We will be ordering from here for our next party without question!
Absolutely lovely experience. They were here an hour early to get us all set up and made absolutely sure everything was up and running. The kids had an amazing time and all the other parents at the party were asking for business cards. Very reasonably priced for a full 6 hours also. Will be renting from them again!
Scot was awesome. Arrived an hour and a half ahead of event start time to setup. The whole experience was good and the kids had a lot of fun in the bounce house. A friend recommended Bounce Hoppers and after using the service, I will also definitely recommend them. If you are in Virginia Beach, Chesapeake or Norfolk and have a need of a Bounce House, look no further. Bounce Hoppers should be the place for you.
Excellent customer service. Our set up team set up crew was incredible! They were extremely kind and polite and accommodating. Unfortunately, they had to move around one of the inflatables after it was already set up and they didn't complain about it and they were super quick. We were really impressed with the two people that came out to today. Thank you!
We've used Bounce Hoppers for my daughter's last two birthdays and have had five star experiences both times. Setup and breakdown was easy and the team was courteous and professional. They listened to my requests on placement and even unstaked and rotated the bounce house at my request so the slide was not in the sun. If my daughter wants a bounce house for her party next year, we'll use Bounce Hoppers again.
Amazing company. They arrived early to set up and were on time for pick up. The people are friendly and polite. The kids absolutley loved the obstacle course, a couple adults did too. I will definitely use them in the future. Friends of ours will be using them for their event soon. I highly recommend this company. We will be referring every parent we know.
The bounce house was very clean and it was delivered on time. The kids really had a blast in the bounce house. I would highly recommend Bounce Hoppers and would use them again.
We had Bounce Hoppers provide 2 bounce houses, 2 obsticle course, and 2 inflatable games for our school's Fall Carnival 2022. The whole process of ordering, paying, setting-up, running as a school event with the extra requirements, etc was very, very easy and I will definitely try to book them next year!
We used them for our annual community day. They were professional. The bounce house, slide and obstacle course were clean and well secured. Would highly recommend and will use again.
