This business makes great products sourcing quality local ingredients when possible. Sourcing ingredients from Kentucky for many of their products. Great tasting spices and sauces that compliment all dishes.

They have very unique and nice gifts here, all incorporating bourbon of course. They are the only small batch soy sauce makers in the US which is amazing. Their Ponzu soy sauce is absolutely wonderful! Staff is all very friendly as well.

Started as a soy sauce manufacturer and then capitalized with the Bourbon traditions.... One of the first to work with Kelvin Cooperage to make a non-alcoholic product. The Napa valley of the bluegrass.
Holy crap, their stuff is good. Try the different sauces for cooking. You'll get hooked.
