Great Pork BBQ nachos at Bourbon Bent BBQ! This is a food truck for those looking to find some Q. Tried the nachos. These were loaded with generous portion of tender pulled pork & nacho sauce over old school naco chips. I optioned for adding some purple onion, cilantro, jalapenos, and cilantro. Very tasty and reasonable prices less than $10.
The brisket was good but the serving practices need work. Watched dude handle multiple people's money with his gloves then dish up multiple orders with direct food contact without changing.
The guys are sweet, sauce is from scratch and Brisket is delicious.
Some of the best BBQ I've ever had!
Amazing BBQ. Must try.
