This is a limited option airline for flights between major hubs such as Denver International Airport and rural destinations such as Cortez, CO. Flight scheduled for 9/11/19 DEN to CEZ cancelled one hour before take off time. I had already paid for an uber nearly $50 to take passenger to the airport where she was then informed that the flight had been cancelled. Next available flight on 9/12 0900 flight DEN to CEZ notified at 0853 that it had been delayed 30 minutes. At 0937 notified it had been delayed an additional four hours with the departure time now at 1pm. At 10:00 I was notified that the entire flight had been cancelled. Booked for last available seat on the 9 pm flight. Within two hours that flight had also been delayed to 10 pm. 10 o’clock comes and goes without boarding, informed “need to refuel the plane.” Flight now pushed to 1250 am. This is absolutely appalling. Poor planning, poor equipment, poor communication or all of the above - this experience has been absolutely terrible. This has cost us approximately $130 in uber rides, not to mention the physical pain involved in transporting the passenger with chronic health issues through the airport all for a flight to be cancelled. The flights are exorbitantly priced and the customer service leaves much to be desired. Beyond disappointed in the experience with this company. Happy to discuss this further as this email does not aptly convey how disgusted we are by our experience with this company. You would be better off to take a Greyhound Bus than to attempt to travel with this incompetent airline.
Denver Airport service on botique airline is the worst. You bags will not be able to travel with you.cause the planes are to small for the amount of passengers. And the guy checking you in is also the baggage handler the guy who fuels the plane and guides the plane out. Poor guy No time to answer questions or be personable. I would just assume he is overworked and underpaid.
Absolutely horrible. Was supposed to fly to and from Alamosa from Denver. They delay and delay and then cancel flights which forces people to car pool. Gate agents give out zero information on flight statuses claiming they are not allowed to tell you. Very shady practice!! You are 100% better off driving yourself unless you want to wait for days for a flight that actually takes off!
Inconsistent service makes it impossible to rely on Botique Air for time sensitive travel. I was scheduled to fly from MCK to DEN. Flight canceled 2 hours before. Weather was not a factor; absolutely beautiful February afternoon. After doing just a minimal amount of internet research it apparent this is a struggle on nearly every route they serve. The essential air service program is a real benefit to connecting rural places, especially for businesses purposes, but unreliable service degrades any value. I'll keep making the 3 hour drive to Denver.
My flight to Cortez was cancelled, and was only notified when I got to the airport 1 hour and 20 minutes before the flight at the ticket counter. Got an email notifying me of this 10 minutes after that. Was cancelled due to mechanical reasons. Now I have to sit around the airport for 8 hours and my ride from Cortez is all screwed up. Very frustrated with boutique air.
Will never book with them again! You’re better off taking a car! Most flights are cancelled or delayed. Just check their website any given time! Hate to say it, but this company is garbage!
I had a wild and fun ride no fault of the airlines or the pilot’s those guys could land a plane on a dime. If you’re looking for an exciting time fly to Chadron Nebraska on a windy day you won’t be disappointed
IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! DELAYS AND CANCELLED FLIGHTS!! READ THE REVIEWS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! ESPECIALLY FROM CORTEZ, ALL WORKERS HIDE IN THE BACK NO ONE WANTS TO HELP. GIVEN THIS AIRLINE A FEW CHANCES BUT EVERY SINGLE TIME I AM DISAPPOINTED SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND PAY THE EXTRA MONEY TO FLY OUT OF A CLOSER BIGGER AIRPORT
Please stop your flights over Escalon, Ca. Extremely loud.
