This place is great! Fully remodeled. Great service, set up and snacks. They even have buffalo cauliflower! Couldn't find a 9lb ball but oh, well!

I worked with James to get a surprise birthday party set up for April 2. He did not let us down. He and staff kept the food and drinks coming as promised. We will do this again. Thank you to all the hard workers at Bowlero S Kipling Lakewood. You we’re fantastic

We had a great time!! The first person that we got shoes from was terrific ! The bartender who took our food order was also extremely personable and was multi-tasking like a pro, until I found out after paying and tipping her that our itemized receipt that was underneath the credit slip had already charged us 18% gratuity and we were overcharged for our loaded fries that were supposed to be discounted as we bought them with the loaded nachos. $2.79 overcharged plus $20 tip in addition to a hidden gratuity was ANNOYING!

I had a good time here for my granddaughter's 5th birthday. I love watching her and all the other little grandchildren tried to push the heavy bowling balls by themselves without the ramps. And you can see they're happy little faces how delighted they are with self-accomplishment for pushing the giant bowling balls all on their own.

Bought a ball for a good price at the pro shop. It was drilled and ready to bowl within 15 minutes of choosing a ball for my son's birthday present. Great atmosphere, good food and fantastic service.

I like bowling here. But the guy at the front was rude to my kids. It's smells so bad in the bathroom like sewer still. Paid a bunch of money on arcade games for the prize machine not to work. The manager tried to fix the machine but didn't try to solve the problem that I spent a bunch of money and walked out with nothing for my children! Not sure how they can keep some of the staff they have. Have to change my star to one because they also over charged me! My husband and my two kids went bowling and they charged us for 5 people! We only bowled two games!!

Location for a special Olympics bowling event. What a wonderful group of bowlers and their families. My grandson was one of the bowlers at this event. I really had my eyes and my heart opened to so much I didn't really know before. Great event.

Really really really watch your receipt when ordering food and drinks look at some of the other reviews below. My husband and I ordered a couple of drinks and some French fries And unfortunately we were trusting that we were being charged correctly and we were on the food and drink order but this establishment also charges an 18% tip fee. I can see maybe charging that for an order on a group of 6 or 8 or 10 people but there was only 2 of us and nowhere was it posted or were we told that they charge an automatic 18% fee. We are always so appreciative of our servers and we tip really really well but this is just undercutting and undermining and there is no excuse for it. We will never go to this establishment again. Shame on you guys!

Bald guy with the mustache was vary rude and unprofessional. He had no volume control when addressing my group and was very aggressive when checking ID’s. I don’t care for bowling in general and his abrasive attitude soured the night. Cool decor though.

Packed on Thursday but still super fun. Remember there's a tournament on Thursday nights so you have to bowl after 9. The service was great but there was something hard and unpleasant in my nacho cheese, but this isn't a restaurant after all.
