The Box Turtle is my favorite locally owned store. It's my go-to for special gifts for others and myself. : The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Love this charming neighborhood store! There is so much to look and something for everyone. Staff and owners have always been helpful with questions or simply taking items to the cashier for you while you continue to look around. 10/10 recommend.

Great offbeat & eclectic shop, especially for gifts - can be funny, touching, empowering, or just pretty. Lots of nice handmade jewelry, home decorative or entertaining items, cool children's toys downstairs, plus clothing upstairs. Treasures tucked away everywhere. This has been one of my favorite shops for years!

The coolest store! Gorgeous storefront with such a wide variety to choose from. I came shopping for a gift and left with the perfect option and some clothes and jewelry for myself as well. The best part - the dogs that greet you! : Love Box Turtle!

The owners were pretty unwelcoming. They were dismissive and only spoke to and helped the women who came in after me. Even when I was checking out the woman ignored my presence and continued to ask the girl who came in after me how she was and if she needed any help. Said absolutely nothing to me. Maybe it's because I was clearly lower class. Super uncomfortable. Won't be back.

In the not too distant past, I reconnected with a central figure from my teen and young adult years. Back then, as a single parent, I could never afford to gift him anything. He was always there when I needed him. Even though I'll never see him again, I want him to know how much his presence meant to me when he was my best friend. Thanks to Box Turtle's online ordering option, I found him a gift I'm sure he likes!

My wife hasost everything she needs so is hard to buy for. This is my number 1 ace to go to get her a gift. There's lots of stuff to till this old house and it's really fun to walk through and see everything. Great gift shop!
