I usually love Bra-vo, but I was refused service today because I arrived 20 min before closing (closing early for Memorial Day on Saturday???). When I asked if I could quickly try on a few swim tops, the clerk at the counter told me she couldn’t make that decision, that only the owner could, but she didn’t even offer to ask the owner, she just stood there twirling her hair-literally. You lost a loyal and paying customer today (if given the chance, I definitely would have quickly tried on a few swim tops and purchased one today)!

While the staff was pleasant to work with, I certainly didn't feel the person who was helping me for my scheduled appointment was adequately trained to do her job. I spend a TON of time in the dressing room waiting for her to bring me more bras. After trying on at least 10, she came to the conclusion that they didn't have one that would best fit me. When I asked what size I should be looking for, she gave me the size, but recommended I don't order it because she wasn't sure that would be the right size for me. I went to another store, the very first bra they gave me to try on fit perfectly and it was less expensive, for the same brand!
I have edited this review as I wasn't aware I wasn't allowed to mention where I went for better service. Instead of rectifying the situation, the owner refused to comment on my review due to mentioning shopping with a competitor, which seemed suspicious, when I was only trying to state that I received better service elsewhere.

I was referred to Bravo by my wedding shop after having zero luck with the department stores. Ammie was amazing! Upon sharing some of my concerns, she quickly knew exactly how to accommodate my needs. My fitting was quick and easy and more importantly, I was made to feel very comfortable. Ammie explained what undergarments would be best for my gown and the most comfortable to wear. I will definitely be a return customer!

I JUST got fitted by Amy today. My mother paid for my bra. It was THE BEST experience ever. They were nice, professional, and Amy was patient with me, listening to what I needed, and found me the perfect bra. I will definitely be recommending this place.

Ammie the sales person was nice, quick, and efficient!! I found the bra I needed on the first fitting!! Its comfortable and lifts my breast very well. I am so happy with the results!! Thank you bravo intimates!
