Products are nothing like the catalog or advertisements. I ordered a snowman globe with a train circling around for more than 100 dollars. cant even remember. i did get the item on time. no issues. but the product was so cheaply made and train stopped working in 2 days and the so called collectible is nothing more than a cheap trinket . hope they sell quality products in future

I ordered a Christmas gift for my Grandmother. It arrived on time and she was happy with it, but then I received second and third packages from Bradford Exchange, which were other items from the ‘series’. When I ordered I had the option to select the single item or the three-item series and clearly remember choosing the single item. I was careful about that as someone else had warned me that they had been sent a series of items instead of the single item they’d ordered. When I called the company, the customer service rep told me that I must have ordered the series. I told her firmly that I had not - I also told her that I didn’t appreciate her ‘blame the customer’ approach. After going back and forth a few times, she admitted that the website asks you twice to buy the series, so I had selected the single item and then, before checking out, I apparently had to OPT out of the series again before placing my order, in order to receive the single item. I asked the rep whether they have a high number of returns for this reason. She didn’t answer, which I took to mean yes, they do! I assume the company does this intentionally, banking on the fact that not everyone will go to the effort of returning the extra items they are sent and then their auto-billed payments will go through. As for me, I returned the second package weeks ago, only to be told that they hadn’t received the package yet. Hmmmm, how convenient, guess I won’t be receiving a refund. Buyer beware. Companies that use dishonest sales techniques like this don’t deserve our money!

Total SCAM... They will charge your credit card over and over and over again! They over charged me 4x what I ordered and never got it in the first place! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE MASSIVE SCAM!!!!

I never subscribed to their newsletters, but I kept getting junk mail advertising coins. I even called their CSR department to complain and they confirmed that I had no account with them which literally means they are spammers.
