TERRIBLE customer service! I originally scheduled my appointment for 4:30. I called in advance to reschedule my appointment up to 3:30 which they agreed to. When I arrived they told me my appointment was at 4:30 and that it’s busy. His colleague said that’s fine we’ll grab your car first. I waited 30min and watched them grab 2 other cars and not mine. When I spoke to the employee’s again they said I understand but I can’t have you cut other people that have appointments. So I asked for their names for my keys and left. Never going back!

I had an amazing experience. Friendly, honest evaluation of my car, which had been sitting dormant for a couple of years. The many repairs were done quickly and my car now runs like it did when I first bought it.

Josh the MasterTech Mechanic was absolutely Outstanding! Went in for a full vehicle diagnostic and within the hour was on my way about with everything i needed! 10/10 Josh not only had done a full rundown of what i came in for but pointed out every necessity needed for work and was extremely knowledgeable on the issues and very time efficient! Jesus Diaz was detailed and professional. When you're 1655 miles from your own mechanic and home he made us feel comfortable with his knowledge and honesty, he provided photos of parts needing replaced, and work that had to be done to make sure our son is safe on the road and driving back home.Service: Brakes

Honest evaluation of what needed to be fixed. The manager gave us options and even encouraged us to call previous Brake Masters we attained services from to see if the warranty is still in effect. Once the decisions were made on what we wanted done today, manager ensured those were completed efficiently and in a timely manner.

I had an excellent experience at the Tropicana location. I was passing through from out of state, the A/C quit on my car, and it was 105 degrees. I pulled in without an appointment, they were on it within a matter of minutes. Good communication, good price, and good people. They will be my go-to place if I break down in Vegas again! Thanks again!

They should be called break masters and liars went in for a simple alignment and oil change now my tcs is broken,also the vehicle is now in worst shaped more than it has ever been , not to mention they didn't put the lug nuts back on my wheel and my tire almost came off .Customer be aware stay away if you care for yourself n family,I would give negative star but doesn't have option.Waste of money time for more problems.Go anywhere but there.Seeking a lawyer now for the corrupt place.......... .Services: Brakes
