Brake Masters

Had a constant noise coming from my brakes. Zoomed into this location at 9 am fully expecting that since I had no appointment it would be awhile until they could get to me. Was greeted and told it would be about two hours. I figured not bad. Left and an hour later i get a call telling me they found the issue. What needed to be done and wanting me to authorize service. I thought hell yea. Lol About 45 minutes later I get a call telling me they were done. I was very happy with their quick service. i know a bit about cars and the problem stated was really something I could have done myself but the price quoted made it worth my money to have them do it. ALL the guys were great! Thank you Jose, Ray and Martin! You were very helpful, professional, hospitable and informative. They had me in and out w/o an appointment with new brakes and rotors in less than two hours. They even asked to apply a coupon that I was unaware of, to my bill. I highly recommend this location!

David was absolutely awesome!!! Hospitality was great and they took care of my situation without an appointment regardless of it being a bit tedious. Helped me sign up for the in-store credit option so I could fix everything today without coming back, also so close to Thanksgiving is just fantastic. Took a while but how could I complain without saying anything ahead of time. Excellent service

So far I’m very pleased with the service I got. I had car towed to Brake Masters dead battery and Alternator. I just had alternator done in 2020. I appreciated that Chris reminded me my alternator might still be under warranty, it was, so was battery. Chris and Jose handled everything. They allowed me to pick up no good alternator and dead battery to take back where I purchased for exchange. I immediately picked up dead alternator and battery and returned back to them. They immediately replaced with the new exchanged parts. They saved me so much money. So thankful. A+ to helping people and caring enough to keep cost low. I always need good trustworthy mechanics so I will return to this shop for my vehicles. I went there because they also helped my granddaughter out with her car. HONESTY will always get my business. Thank you to ALL at this store especially Chris and Jose who went above and beyond to make things right and honest. I’m so thankful. I hope everyone gets great customer service like I did. I was on my way to the grocery store when my vehicle started making this really loud grinding noise. The first thing I thought was my brakes. My husband told me to call Brake Masters and see if they could check it out. Thank goodness I called them . I went right over they got me in right away. They checked out all my brakes and rotors they found a small rock that was behind the rotor. A while back my husband bought the lifetime warranty on the brakes. So needless to say it's always good to buy a lifetime warranty on anything, that really helps out a lot. Thank you Brake Masters.

Didn't get his name but the man who checked me in had an attitude like I was bothering him. Was short and kinda rude with me. The gentleman that checked me out was much nicer however, he stated they no longer take coupons off your phone and that you have to bring a paper coupon. No where on the website does it state that and they have used them from my phone before and besides, who tf prints coupons anymore. Not sure I'll be coming back here.Service: Oil change

The first time we entered, I was floored by customer service because it was excellent. The second time we entered, there was no change in the customer service. This is a pattern and how businesses keep their doors open. Excellent job.

Traveling cross country, we had a shield come loose on the bottom of our car. They got us right in, and resolved the situation so we could get back on the road.
