No longer a fan....customer service was pretty good, but the pricing will make your head $pin. So I set up an appointment, and got the 2 wheel deal for $139.99 which i knew labor wasn't included....cool Manager "knew nothing of my deal"....they do an inspection and my $139.99 special deal gets to over $500!!! NO THANKS, I went else where and got the brakes done and a brand new tire for $430....just be careful here folks!

I had an amazing experience with Brakeway today. Not only were they speedy, efficient, and great at communicating, but it only cost me HALF of what other places were asking for especially after their 15% discount on Wednesdays! Will definitely be going back any time I need my brakes done.

Even one start is too much for this place. Manager will do his best to screw you over. Would give me a price on machining my rotors until he took everything apart. Then he asked $450 for the job. Customer service was no help at all. On top of that they broke my mirror and wouldn't tell until I closed the door and it fell off. But they did fix it with 3m tape. Soni guess they did deserve st least 1 star.

This is the 2nd time I have had service with Brakeway, I am pleased with the service I receive, and I honestly wouldn't take my car anywhere else for brake service. Kenny is knowledgeable and honest about the problems with the car, and the prices are reasonable. Thanks for great service! I'll be back!

I was referred to Brakeway by my own mechanic as he wasn't able to do the work that I needed right away. He told me exactly what needed to be done on my car, and said that the work shouldn't cost anymore than $150. Brakeway tried to charge me $500 for work that didn't need to be done- one of which included replacing rotors- which wasn't the case at all. When I told him "no", he tried to offer me a special deal for $250. These people really should be ashamed of themselves. I did my research before going in, because I know how much women are duped. Needless to say, I went back to my own mechanic. I would rather wait for someone who is honest, than go to someone who is totally dishonest, for speedy service!

Outrageous prices, terrible service, and the owner is completely unreasonable. He actually lives there and he doesn't care what you need to fix the problem, he'll sell you a whole brake job or nothing. I've seen him turn people away that didn't want to spend too much. I'm surprised he's gotten away with it for this long. You really don't get what you pay for here. Also, most of these reviews were submitted by former employees of brakeway so consider the source.

Had funny sound going on with my SUV, pulled into Brakeway, went in and told the Main Service Tech my problem and he checked my car in and left the key. He said he’d call as soon as my vehicle was fixed. About 2 hours later, got a call and was told to come and pick up my vehicle. Arrived back at Brakeway and the Tech told me that my CB Axle had broke on the front Passenger side and was replaced. He then proceeded to take me over to the trash can and showed me the old CV Axle and the actual damage that had occurred. I was impressed with this type of procedure happening, normally you just take their word that they did something. But they verified the problem and he explained the warranty on the new part and said even if I didn’t have my paperwork. I could still get service if something goes wrong with the repair. Just give the Tech my phone number and all the info on the Repair would be loaded in their PC frame. Thanked the Tech, paid the bill and left, vehicle drives like nothing had happened to it.

Do not waste your time going here. Took my vehicle in to get my rotors fixed, after looking at my car and having it the entire day they finally called and said it was fixed. When I returned home my brakes were still grinding. Called them back, took the car back in and they said they fixed it again. Needless to say my car is still squeaking and crunching and they clearly didn’t fix a thing. Not to mention they cracked two of my rims and did not put them back on properly and I lost one the other day on the highway. Thanks Brakeway for doing nothing and messing up my car.

This place deserves 0 star, I came here to get a brake job for my car, paid $250 for 4 wheels and surprisingly my car started making squeaky noises after they installed pads. I brought it back 2nd time, they worked on it for an hour and my car still making the same noises. I finally went to another auto shop, they told me Brakeway didn't use any grease between the pads and rotor, they also installed the pads backward. Such a terrible services. I will never come back here to recommend anybody to come here.
